Each semester D2L automatically creates a new course for each course section listed in Banner. Therefore, course accounts in D2L do not need to be reqeusted for catalog courses. However, D2L course accounts can be created for other reasons such as developing a course, a sandbox account, a department or group account account. Follow the directions below to request a non-catalog course in D2L.
After the course is created, you will receive an email notification from ITS.
