Office Support Specialist

Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for full-time, Office Support Specialist for University Advancement. This position will be a key partner in the work of the Advancement team, providing administrative. In addition to providing administrative support for the Vice President for University Advancement. This employee support important administrative tasks such as gift processing, reconciliation, database administration, travel planning support, data reporting support, alumni and donor engagement support, and administrative support for the Advancement leadership team. The Office Support Specialist reports to the Director of Advancement Operations as a member of the Advancement Operations team.

Work Hours

The core work hours of this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. 

Starting Salary/Pay Rate Range 

This position is a union position; therefore, provisions of the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement/labor contract apply to the filling of this position, including pay rate. 

Current starting pay rate for this position is $16.82
