Residence Halls and Greek Court close at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018.
University Court Contract ends at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018.
The Dining Centers will be consolidated to Thomas Dining on Friday, May 4, 2018. Thomas Dining will close at 6 pm.
See your RA/SSA to receive a Closing Notice with additional detailed information. The Closing Notice has step by step information for you to prepare your room for check out process.

Your stackable furniture must be returned to the bunk configuration and the room arranged according to the instructions included below.
Microfridge Return: Please leave your microfridge in your room for Bedloft to pick up after closing.
Due to changes by our electronics recycler, the University can no longer accept personal electronics for recycling. Students can either take their broken electronics home for recycling, or take them to the electronics recycler in town. The electronics recycler is COM2 Recycling located at 777 Windsor in the Northwest Business Park, by the Post Office.
If you need to stay beyond May 4th you must fill out a request form available from your Complex Director or Associate Resident Director. One of the following conditions must apply to you in order to make this request:
