Tips:
You should plan to complete all these steps prior to your scheduled check-out time.
Step 1: Pack your belongings and clear everything out of your room. Everything must be taken with you or put in the dumpster. No more than 2 persons should assist you in moving out, no more than 2 hours prior to your scheduled check-out appointment.
Your Belongings:
Step 2: Return your room furniture to the bunk configuration and the room arrangement according to the instructions in the room layouts below.
Step 3: Clean your room. Wipe down desk/dressers/all furniture and vacuum carpets. Remove sticky tack, tape, etc. off walls.
Step 4: Find your staff member at your scheduled check-out time. All people helping you pack should be out of the building at this time. Your staff member will come to your room to view it and confirm you’ve moved everything out. You will sign the check-out envelope and lock your door as you leave the room. Place your keys into the envelope and give it to your staff member.
Microfridge Return: If you rented a microfridge through Bedloft , please leave your microfridge in your room for pick up after closing. You should clearly label the top of the microfridge with your name, room number, and building. Ensure your label is taped to the microfridge and not just a loose piece of paper.
