If you’d like to continue your stay with us on campus and reap the benefits of rewards, proximity, and convenience, check out the recontracting programs below! As a current student, you have the option to live in any of our residence halls, Greek Court, or University Court

Residence Halls/Greek Court Standard Contracting & Re-Contracting

  • Available in November - contracts/preference forms are available to students from their PAWS Account.

  • Students must submit the contract and pay the $100 Housing down payment regardless of financial aid.

    • By December 15, 2020.
      • Students will get priority housing assignments in the first round of assignments
      • $200 Dining Dollars applied in fall 2021
      • A choice of a limited edition apparel item, while supplies last (sizes and quantities are limited)

    • By February 1, 2021

      • Students will get priority housing assignments in the second round of assignments
      • $100 Dining Dollars applied in fall 2021
      • A choice of a limited edition apparel item, while supplies last (sizes and quantities are limited)

    • By March 12, 2021
      • Students will get priority housing assignments in the third round of assignments. Must submit a contract by March 12 to guarantee being assigned to the same room
      • A choice of a limited edition apparel item, while supplies last (sizes and quantities are limited)

  • Students signing up for Greek Court housing must pay the $100 Housing down payment at the time they sign their contract in order to be counted towards the number of residents in the house.

Meals on Campus

Students living in the residence halls are on a room and board plan, meaning meals are included in the housing and dining contract.

Students may also purchase a meal plan or Dining Dollars if they are not living on campus.
