EIU Housing

Students will submit a Room and Board Contract through the online site, available in myEIU (new students) or PAWS (returning students). Below are links to our Room and Board Contracts and Addendums that contain the official contract language. Please make sure to view the correct contract or addendum below that corresponds with the date you submitted a contract.  

Early Bird Room and Board Contract for Residence Halls and Greek Court:

• Academic Year 2023-2024 - Submitted by May 1, 2023
• Academic Year 2023-24 - Submitted by July 1, 2023
• Academic Year 2023-24 - Submitted by August 17, 2023
• Spring 2024 - Submitted by January 5, 2024
