An annual campaign starting from February 20th to February 24th aiming to educate the public about the realities of eating disorders and to provide hope, support, and visibility to individuals and families affected by eating disorders.

The Mirror Project

Student Recreational Center

Partnering with the student recreational center we will be covering some mirrors in the center, where students, faculty and staff are able to write positive traits, compliments and affirmations about themselves other than their physical appearance. This will be available throughout the entire week! Stop by the rec to write the beauty within.

You Are NOT What You Eat

This is an interactive panel discussion where students, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by licensed clinical professionals related to nutrition, body image, dieting and mental health. Please join the conversation!
