Learn How To Incorporate Mindfulness Into Your Daily Life

With this 4-session class you will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Mindfulness is simply learning to focus on the mind and awareness in the current moment's activity, and our lives are full of such activities. This Class will cover mindfulness skills like dynamic breathing, walking meditation, and eating meditation while encouraging you alond your journey to a more mindful you!

  • February Classes at 6:30pm: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24
  • March Classes at 12:00pm: 3/3, 3/10, 3/24, 3/31
  • April Classes at 8:00pm: 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29
