With this 4-session class you will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Mindfulness is simply learning to focus on the mind and awareness in the current moment's activity, and our lives are full of such activities. This Class will cover mindfulness skills like dynamic breathing, walking meditation, and eating meditation while encouraging you alond your journey to a more mindful you!
These are 4-week classes that meets once a week for one hour. By completing this form, you are committing to attending each class session to a series listed below:
Mindfulness Class 1: Tuesday Sept 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th @ 3 pm
Mindfulness Class 2: Monday Sept 14th, 21st, 28th, Oct 5th @ 8 pm
Mindfulness Class 3: Wednesday Oct 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th @ 9 am
Mindfulness Class 4: Thursday Oct 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th @ 8 pm
In our mindfulness classes you will learn mindful skills such as deep breathing, mindful eating, and labeling thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and other great

Resiliency Class 1: Thursday Sept 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th @ 6 pm
Resiliency Class 2: Delivered through email (NOT a live class) beginning Wednesday Sept 9th
Resiliency Class 3: Monday Oct 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th @ 7 pm
Resiliency Class 4: Delivered through email (NOT a live class) beginning Tuesday Oct 6th
In our resiliency classes you will learn coping skills to improve your resilience through improving your physical, emotional, mental, and social health. You'll work through activities that will help you find a positive voice, connect with your values, and learn self-talk for stressful situations, to name a few.
