Hi! My name is Yolanda Joseph and I have the pleasure of serving as the Nutrition Education Coordinator at the HERC. I received my bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida and my passion for health and wellness led me to studying Nutrition and Dietetics. I advocate for keeping and respecting cultural preferences and practices when it comes to balanced nutrition. As the Nutrition Education Coordinator, my goal is to provide opportunities to develop self-efficacy when it comes to your overall nutrition. You are in the driver's seat of your health; I am merely here to assist you in creating mindful patterns and behaviors. My services include one-on-one nutritional assessment sessions through our Nutritional Analysis program, administering events such as Healthy Cooking 101, and collaborating with various departments to provide nutrition education programming campus wide. Please let me know how I can be of service!
