Hi! Welcome to the Health Promotion Page for EIU's HERC. We are Jayci Stewart and Maggie Bollinger, and we are your Health Promotion Coordinators at EIU. We provide you with a handful of information on sexual health, sleep management, alcohol, marijuana, and other substance use along with other general health and wellness topics.  It is our hope to help you with all your goals and or concerns regarding personal wellness.
