Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
Monday, 16 January, 2017 @ All Day | Cost:$0
Come out to EIU's eighth annual MLK Day of Service and make a difference in your local community! The annual event honors Dr. King’s legacy and is an opportunity for Americans to renew their own personal vows of citizenship through service to others.
Volunteers are asked to check-in on Monday, Jan. 16, 2017, at 12 p.m. in the University Ballroom. Service projects will last from 12:30-3 p.m. Please make sure to bring a sack lunch with you! Most projects this year will take place on campus! Individuals can sign up by clicking here! Volunteers will not need to choose a specific project. Groups of 10 volunteers or more may sign up by emailing email@example.com with your group name, number of volunteers, name of all volunteers, and volunteers email addresses.
This is open to any students, faculty or staff of Eastern Illinois University.
