Verification of Academic Information

The Office of the Registrar provides verification of academic information for the following purposes:

• Loan Deferments
• Good Student Discounts
• Health Insurance
• Scholarships
• Other

Verifications may be requested by:

• Going to www.studentclearinghouse.org and requesting a verification over the Web.

OR

• Bringing or mailing the form(s), provided by the entity, requesting the verification into the Office of the Registrar, Room 1220, Old Main.

OR

• Coming to the Office of the Registrar and completing the verification request form.

OR

• Printing the verification request form and mailing the completed, signed form to:
