This limestone belt course creates a frieze above the third floor windows. There is also a limestone cornice. Steel framed plate glass display windows are located on the base. Terra cotta entablature over third floor windows, terra cotta cornice and stylized decoration at top of corner pilaster, between second and third floor and in pediment. Architectural details include round arched window openings and decorative masonry insets with raised garlands at third floor level. Roof line balustrade is of stone and iron. Building contains 18,971 square feet in three stories of masonry block/brick construction. Architectural details include third floor Palladian inspired, round-arched center window bordered and framed by two double hung windows. Second floor windows capped with single band of decorated, gauged brick. Limestone belt course separates first floor from second and second from third floor. West facade windows have limestone headers and sills. The northwest corner of the building is capped with a terra cotta pediment. Steel framed plate glass display windows with base. This building's style is Romanesque.

 

410 7th St.

Construction Date: 1900

Building contains 4,104 square feet in two stories of masonry, block/brick construction. Architectural details include a simple brick facade with tripartite Chicago style windows with fixed center pane, framed by double hung windows. Northeast corner of building is decorated with Oliver Sandstone and limestone quoin pattern on the North side of the first floor. Wood framed windows complement the recessed entrance.
