The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Eastern Illinois University invites applications for an annually contracted position. The ideal candidate will enjoy teaching both lower and upper division computer science classes, be able to engage in curriculum development, and help facilitate our new computer engineering degree option. The position begins August 2024.

Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD in Computer Science or related discipline, ABD or MS considered. Strong candidates in any area of specialty will be considered. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience with promoting inclusive excellence is required.
