I just wanted to let you know we (CDS Department) appreciate all of your hard work in getting ALL of our HR requests done this summer!  Thank you for your patience and always being pleasant while being bombarded by many demands.  You are appreciated!!

I try to plan ahead as much as possible, but every once in a while things come up and I have problems in my classroom that need to get fixed quickly. Jerry Rankin in ITS has helped me out on many occasions with issues that are outside of my lane and has done so cheerfully and efficiently. It is because of people like Jerry that we are able to focus on our jobs and execute to the best of our ability. Thank you for saving my a#% again Jerry! I'll try to NOT create problems in the future!!!
