Justin came in at the end of the day last Friday all the way from Newton to retrieve my lost ring out of the women's restroom sink.  It fell off and it was my great grandfather's ring and was very sentimental.  I really appreciate him driving all the way for a 15 min job!!

Stacy does an amazing job helping us with parking for our special events.  She is always smiling, pleasant and makes everything so easy for us.  She is definitely among the best of the best!

Justin went above and beyond helping our department be prepared for getting new copiers and he made sure everything was working later in the day.

Thanks for the informative and patient(!) machform and website training you provided to us! I feel so much more confident making changes now--and am exciting about all the tips & tricks you showed us!

Thank you, Nate, for the fast reply to my email question, and then for going above and beyond by creating a video tutorial on the GN4U system! I'm so grateful for the help!

Annie works as a GA in my lab and is an incredibly dedicated and hard-worker who is always cheerfully solving problems and just making things work! Thank you for everything you do for us Annie!!!

Chad gave us the hook up on some sweet brochures with a lightning fast response time which is going to allow us to promote the event way more in advance than we thought we would be able to!

Big thanks to Dominic for going completely out of his way to help me with a social media posting glitch! Fantastic to know I have such support to rely upon now and in the future!

Jessica is going above and beyond 100% of the time to facilitate operations at the Counseling Clinic. She shows much she cares about the students by how hard she is working. Keep up the good work! You’ve got this! :)

Recently starting here at EIU, Jessica has been tasked with numerous duties and large changes to implement and oversee. She's done a tremendous job, not only with these tasks, but also with supporting the staff in the office. She exhibits true care for the staff and students, and truly listens to what is needed.
