Thank you, Lindsay, for all your help while I have been out on Maternity leave. Lindasy continued to check notes and provide some supervision to non-licensed staff, helped with preparation for the academic year, ran reports, and several other tasks while I was out. We could not do this without you! 

Corey has been a HUGE asset to the counseling clinic this past year. Already in this academic year, she has been working hard on our internship program and creating a positive learning environment for interns. Corey has also taken the intuitive in creating several presentations and programs with the counseling clinic. Her work does not go unnoticed. 

The warmest shout-out goes out to Wendy Lane, the office manager of Counseling and Higher Education. Wendy, I can say, without exaggeration, that you are the oil that keeps the engine of CHE running. I am enormously grateful to you for what you do EVERYDAY to make my work not only easier but to make it happen. I only wish that this appreciation could have been translated into something more tangible for you, that really shows our recognition of your value. 

I would like to recognize Mindy Hurst in ITS. She has been fabulous to work with over the years and always goes above and beyond.  She has done great things here at EIU.  Thank you Mindy!!!! 

Amy has shown extreme support and wiliness to help others. We appreciate her kindness and compassion working out some scheduling issues for next year  courses. Thank you for all of your help! 

Shout out to Rick James for quickly locating the problem that set off Fire Alarms at Stevenson Tower and got the ball rolling to prevent major damage from a leak. Rick is always quick to respond! Thank You Rick!

Thank you for taking care of events & planning while I am away, helping me catch things up, and reminding me to "GET OUT OF HERE" when I try to stay late to "just get one more thing done" for the hundredth time. During the July 29th storm, Miss Vicki was playing camera woman as a couple of her crew members went out in the nasty weather to retrieve the American flag that was blown down. She captured a picture that shows the true meaning of TEAMWORK! Thank you, Miss Vicki, that picture touched my heart! :)

Shout out to Leon Mire for all of his work as the EIU Communication Coordinator. The emails, texts, and messages he carefully crafts to prospective students helps everyone on campus in a big way. He always listens carefully and follows through. Thank you, Leon!

A big thank you to Janet for all she does with CHHS. She always goes above and beyond with social media and the curriculum committee. We very much appreciate you, Janet!

We can't thank Michelle enough for all that she does for CHHS and Civil Service Council. She is so dedicated and helps everyone in the office in extraordinary ways. Thanks, Michelle!

Frank was 1 of the BSWs that went out in the nasty weather to retrieve "Old Glory" & bring it inside where it was safe to dry & be re-hung before the July 4th holiday. I do believe this deserves a HUGE shout out! Good job Frank & thank you for your service! :)
