Eastern’s Student Accounts/Bursar Area is looking for a full-time Collection Specialist. Responsibilities include: pursuing collection efforts on delinquent student accounts, Federal Perkins loans and institutional loans; assisting current students and their families with questions or issues related to their accounts; and establishing payment arrangements for current students. The ability to communicate accurately and concisely both verbally and in writing, a willingness to learn, and excellent customer service skills are a must for this position.
