Business/Administrative Associate – Special Assistant to the VP
Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for a full-time Civil Service position of Business/Administrative Associate – Special Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs. This position will provide support to the operation of the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. The incumbent will perform administrative duties as assigned and work collaboratively with Student Affairs Directors, faculty members, students, and other administrative offices to promote student academic and personal achievement.

(NOTE: A Master’s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year (12 months) of work experience.).
The Civil Service examination for this classification is a credentials assessment. No participation other than submission of application materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. Upon successful selection of a candidate, all scores will be voided from this register.
