Eastern Illinois University is seeking applications and nominations for a highly motivated and experienced administrator to serve as the University’s Director of Business Services and Treasurer. The Director reports directly to the Vice President for Business Affairs and has primary responsibility for the supervision, coordination and administration of programs and activities related to the University’s fiscal operations. This position requires knowledge of and experience with higher education accounting, budgeting and financial reporting, preferably in a governmental environment, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to impart quality customer service principles into the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Start Date: April 15, 2023, desired; appointment date negotiable.

CLOSING DATE: Review will begin immediately and continue until filled. Candidates are encouraged to submit materials no later than March 1, 2023, for full consideration.
