Misty Rhoads, Ph.D., Professor
Department of Public Health and Nutrition

Dr. Misty Rhoads has been serving as a faculty mentor for EIU students since 2007. She has led efforts in writing, revising, and teaching research courses for the Department. 

Dr. Rhoads has regularly mentored students in research projects, encouraging students to present at on-campus scholarly events and state conferences. She is well-respected by students and colleagues for her mentoring practices and dedication to students.
