The Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation undergraduate program in Exercise Science provides students with the scientific knowledge of the underlying principles of exercise training through instruction and practical experience.
The mission of the Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) Program is to graduate entry-level professional physical educators who possess a personal and professional commitment to physical education, and will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to promote learning in the area of physical education. Dr. Lee Ann Price earned a BS in Physical Education with Athletic Training from EIU, an MS in Physical Education with Sports Administration from EIU and a EdD Curriculum & Instruction in Higher Education from Illinois State University. In addition to being the Director or the Athletic Training Education program, Dr. Price teaches KSR 2130, KSR 3142, KSR 3144 and KSR 3154.
