Full Moon Sound Bath

Bring your own yoga mat or blanket, and join us to experience a sound bath, scheduled to coincide with the full moon and support collective stillness, gratitude, and reflection. Doors will lock at 5:05pm, and entry will not be permitted while meditation is in progress.
