Greek Court Hall Opening Booklet
Greek Court is Eastern Illinois University's on-campus fraternity and sorority housing complex, which is owned and operated by the Office of University Housing & Dining Services. There are nineteen Greek organizations residing in this area, representing housing for all three national governing councils, Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, and National Panhellenic Council. The cost to live in Greek Court is exactly the same as the residence halls. The individual student contract as well as the staffing is also similar to the residence halls.
There is now wireless access in the common areas in Greek Court.
Greek Court Duty
There is a Greek Court staff member on call every evening. Duty begins at 4:00 pm on weekdays Sunday through Thursday and ends at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Duty on the weekends begins at 4:00 PM on Friday and ends at 6:00 a.m. The duty person's name and phone number will be posted in each building. If students need assistance during the day, they should contact the Office of University Housing and Dining Services at 581-5441.
Quiet Hours, Visitation, Smoking Policies, & Room Furnishings
