Ben Grapperhaus arrived back to campus a day before he was required, to staff Lawson Hall for the arrival of new and incoming international students. His assistance, hospitality and professionalism have been TOP NOTCH! He has been timely, welcoming and even offered a helping hand to quickly get everyone inside from the cold weather. Thanks Ben!

I just want to say that it's a real pleasure interacting with Stacy. She is always so pleasant and friendly, and greets people with a warm smile. Every time I visit the Music department, I leave in a better mood. It is because of Stacy. She's a true asset to our university.
