Many thanks to Derrick for being a jack-of-all-trades while preparing for and running the 2019 FebFest Biology Open House and Science Festival Showcase. From creating TP shooters, to setting up stations and testing elephant toothpaste, Derrick was a key player in carrying out our event!

Hawah acted as an event day program manager and hostess for our FebFest Science Festival Showcase and benefitted the program greatly! Her quick wit and knowledge of university resources helped to make the event the grand success that it was. Thanks Hawah!

Loved, loved, loved the fact that you and your husband shuttled employees into Old Main from the parking lot this morning due to the frigid cold weather!  Super sweet and exceptionally thoughtful...thank you and please thank your husband as well!!

As we kick off another busy semester, I wanted to take a minute to extend my gratitude to Dr. John Cabage in the School of Technology.  John works tirelessly to make sure his students get what they need from day one in our Construction Management Program/Major and, overall, any coursework he is responsible for teaching. John is a true ambassador (in every sense of the word) for this program, the School of Technology, and Eastern Illinois University. Kudos for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance Dr. Cabage!

Thank you for all of the extra work you have put in regarding OSHA and other policies within the medical clinic.  I have greatly appreciated your diligence and effort in reviewing our current practices and looking at ways of updating policies and procedures.

Nicole - You're doing a fantastic job as the Medical Clinic's Nurse Administrator!  I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with you in this role for the past 4 months.    You've been a great communicator, provided support and guidance, and picked up slack when and where needed.  Thank you for the great service and leadership!  Keep up the great work.  It is highly appreciated!

Dr. Shinde's benevolence in providing the resources to teach meditation to this community are unparalleled.  The Academy of Lifelong Learning has been the recipient of his altruism for many years and we are honored.  Thank you, teacher.

Marsha - you are AWESOME!  I don't know what we would do without your knowledge and willingness to help.  Thanks is not enough but it will have to do....for now.

Melissa Gordon is one of the most talented and capable employees I have met in my time at EIU. She is always willing to learn and anxious to help. She has helped me out of many tough spots and I greatly appreciate her dedication to her job and our University.
