Huge Shout Out to John for working so hard on the programming updates I needed. He is great to work with has kept us up and running. Thank you so very much!

Shout out to Provost Jay Gatrell for working tirelessly to bring EIU’s students back on campus.  He sets a great example of what being “All In” for EIU looks like!

Hats off to Duff Sowers and his crew for going the extra mile last week to make sure we had the plexiglas barriers we needed installed in classrooms!  We appreciate their efforts.

Samuel came over and was able to diagnose the problems and get the  HVAC  computer up and running. 

Including the building automation software.  (Temperatures in the buildings)

Samuel ALWAYS works until ALL of the issues are solved.

He is great about communicating and letting us know the status of the work.

Samuel's work is exemplary, with Samuel doing his job expertly and effectively our staff are able to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.

JAY THOMPSON is the best BSW ever!  He always takes such good care of us-- he is so responsive and kind in everything he does.

Jay takes such great care of us in Doudna! Our building always looks spectacular and he is quick to resolve any issues. In addition, he is super friendly and pleasant to be around. Thank you for all that you do, Jay!!

We just heard the great news that Jay will stay with us at the Doudna! Fantastic! 

A big thank you, high-five, fist-bump to Jay Thompson who excels in his duties as a BSW in the Doudna Fine Arts Center. Jay takes great pride in being at the Doudna and always goes above and beyond in making the building look fantastic. Thank you Jay.

Carla has been such a tremendous source of support during all of these course changes for fall. The KSR dept is so grateful for her! You do great work, Carla, and always with a smile. 

Phil's knowledge and expertise in all things Microsoft has been a lifesaver on many occasions and I am so thankful to have him as part of the EIU team. His solutions to some crazy problems are always well thought out and fix the issue in an efficient and cheerful way. Thanks for all your help Phil!

I try to not dump projects on people whenever I can avoid it, but Mindy has consistently taken on issues that were outside of my wheelhouse and has done so with a great attitude of service. I always know that whenever I do have to hand something over to Mindy that it will be taken care of in the best way possible! 

Thank you, Jeff for helping make my transition back to teaching one that was smooth and positive! Your patience, kindness, and talent are so appreciated! You are the best! 

Booth Library will like to give a very LOUD shoutout to Mary Mattingly in the Research and Sponsored Programs office. Mary is awesome to work with and is very patient with us as we gather information to apply for grants. She's always willing to answer any question and get us the information we need. Most recently, she went the extra mile to help us complete a grant application and submit it by the deadline in less than two days. We couldn't do it without you, Mary! Thank you!

A big thank you for deep cleaning and sanitizing Coleman Hall and keeping the building clean on a daily basis. You have outdone yourself. You went through every classroom completely sanitizing each and you continuously sanitize every room, office, hallway, doorknob, etc. You even deep cleaned carpets that have looked disgusting for years and you deep cleaned classroom chairs that seemed to be beyond help. You carefully cleaned each fabric chair in one of the computer labs. Now, those chairs look almost as good as they did the day they arrived several years ago. You are doing an awesome job and Coleman Hall occupants truly appreciate you. Thank you for all of your efforts and, especially, for your hard work and commitment to EIU.

Amazing fast service.  Chadd is always great to work with.

Brad went way out of his way for me this afternoon. He agreed to meet a faculty member after hours, on campus, to secure a time sensitive document for overnight mailing. He was so calm and willing to help, he made a huge difference today for both the faculty member and the respective student. Thank you, Brad!

Kelly, you deserve a shout-out for helping to keep Taylor Hall Dining open during these tough times.  You and your colleagues brighten our days; my coworkers and I love coming down for a hot meal, and appreciate your dedication!  

Thanks, Cindy, for your dedication to help keep Taylor Hall Dining open this semester!  My colleagues and I who are still working on campus sure appreciate that you provide such great meal options... I can't tell you how much we all look forward to our EIU Dining meals!
