Thank you, Em! You are always so gracious and helpful! I appreciate you so much!!

I would like to recognize Dr. Mark Kattenbraker from the KSR Department for his outstanding responsiveness today. A bus breakdown unexpectedly stranded 20 Dieterich High School students who were on their way to a volunteer project in Bloomington, IL, prompting a last-minute visit to EIU. When I contacted Mark, he responded immediately. Within minutes, he arranged to take the students into the gym, introduced them to some of our physical fitness assessments, and gave them a fun opportunity to try them out. They had a wonderful experience! Thank you, Mark, for your dedication and for truly embodying the spirit of student-centered care at EIU.

Crystal Brown helped save the day for a group of visiting students! When a bus carrying 20 Dieterich High School students on their way to a food bank in Bloomington, IL, broke down, they were redirected to EIU for an unexpected, last-minute visit. I reached out to Crystal, and within minutes, she made arrangements to get the students into EIU's Food Pantry to show them exactly how it works. The students absolutely loved it! Thank you, Crystal, for giving your time so generously—you truly embody EIU's spirit of student-centered care!

Excellence! Jennie is an extremely hard-working individual who also is cheerful and a pleasure to have around. We are lucky to have Jennie!!

She is a kind, helpful, and amazing professor. She always takes the time to answer questions, share her knowledge, and of course identify any rock you can put in front of her! We're so lucky to have her!

Chris did an excellent job with a recent painting project in our student lounge. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. He was also mindful of students using the lounge during the project. EIU is fortunate to have him. Thank you Chris

Outstanding employee! Kind, efficient, intelligent and admirable in all that she does. Helps students at all times - dedicated to facilitating the educational process to make any student's EIU experience be memorable. Thank you, Jarrod for helping us at EIU Lanes! Can always count on the moving crew!

She is a GREAT multi-tasker! I often hear people describing her in using that same word. She is always happy, cheerful, and full of optimism. Sonic fast on putting in work orders to keep the building at full operational efficiency. EIU, the building, and the students are are all better off having her doing all the duties that she handles. Thank you for being a wonderful person and working long hours when there are things that need dealt with.

I was super impressed with Mak as she diffused a difficult situation tonight at the Rec Center. She did a great job recognizing a situation was going to happen, calming down the students in the situation, and enforcing policies for the behavior all while simultaneously allowing play to resume for others.

Thank you so much, Amy, for your willingness to help us out here in TLF. You are appreciated!

Thank you, Nick, for always being willing to help out, and find the answers we need in TLF. You are appreciated!
