When you have an issue Ben is a great person to deal with. He knows what he is doing, is very customer oriented, and always takes care of your issue in a timely manner with a great attitude. Thank you Ben for all you do!

I was thinking of you as I finished a quick interview with a reporter from EdWeek. I was singing your praises as we wouldn’t be in the dual enrollment/credit sphere without you. Since the academic year 2017, 17,375 students have earned 61,474 college credits through EIU dual credit/enrollment offering. How awesome that EIU has been a part of creating a greater line of sight to College for so many High School students in the state of Illinois. Thanks for being such a huge part of designing that process!

Thanks for planning time to invest in our leadership this past week. The time together, and Anne's insight was valuable and welcome. I know we are all grateful for it!

A HUGE shout out to Susan Allen - she takes care of so much behind the scenes and helps our faculty and students. Thank you for being one of the many unsung HEROS on campus. You are GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Kirstin and the library team always level up, providing fun and engaging activities for students to decompress a little during final exams week. Thanks for delivering another successful finals week campaign! Our students are enjoying the treats, games and activities and the fun Wicked theme.

We appreciate all that you do, Danny. You go above and beyond for all committees you help organize, and it seems that you get thrown into roles where you are leading or co-leading them, including but not limited to CORE/Retention, SEATS, and New Student Orientation Task Force. You are a good colleague, and we appreciate your consistent, collegial/professional demeanor. Thank you.

Thank you for all that you are doing as Office Administrator in Human Services. These are not easy positions to transition into, and we appreciate all of your hard work and patience with us. We are glad you are a part of the Human Services team!

A BIG thanks to Kyle and all the GAs in the Center for Student Innovation this semester. Kyle, you have been so flexible and always willing to find a way to make things work so that multiple events could be held throughout the semester. Your work allowed 100+ students the opportunity to experience all the great new tools and tech the CSI houses for our students, and gave them a place to find community. The student leadership team for the Library Ambassadors of Booth is grateful!

Amy has done such a tremendous job taking over dual credit processes and serving our High School partners well. I am so grateful for Amy's dedication, work ethic, and creativity through the process. Dual credit makes such a difference for our regional students who would not otherwise have access to early college credit and I am so glad that Amy is part of making sure those opportunities exist for students in and out of our local region.

Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout the day's operations. Thank you!

Travis is always quick to help! Whenever I have an issue, he is right on top if it and gets it resolved right away. EIU is lucky to have him!

Amanda was extremely helpful when I was completing my new hire paperwork. My daughter was getting antsy, and Amanda took her for a walk and played with her so I could complete all my tasks. It was so helpful and kind. She truly showed EIU values family. Thank you again!!!

David Smith is an exceptional Instructional Support and Training Specialist who has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty with every request! I am currently out of the country on sabbatical lecturing as a visiting scholar. The day before my first lecture, I experienced serious technical difficulties with my computer. David responded immediately to my urgent plea for assistance. He connected remotely and was able to successfully resolve the issue within minutes. This is only one of many requests where David has provided outstanding instructional support. He truly cares about helping others and certainly deserves a shout out for his dedication to excellence!

Thank you so much for getting my computer updated so quickly and then taking the time to make sure everything connected correctly. You are a great EIU team member and so much appreciated by me.

Chad I can't thank you enough for the endless effort you gave me when trying (and eventually accomplished) to get my computer to work off campus. Your countless effort paid off. Thank you for being an amazing team member.

I wanted to thank Josh and the rest of the team that helped organize our training on Friday. He pushes us to do our best but is always supportive when we need his assistance. He encourages us everyday but this event proved his trust in us and belief that we can do great things if we work together as a team to accomplish the wildest goals. We have a great team thanks to his leadership.

SHOUT OUT to Carrie for taking care of all our Testing and Evaluation needs. Your work for our students, faculty and staff does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do - it is greatly appreciated.
