DreQuan Green

"I would not be who I am and where I am today without the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at EIU. The classes I took and the relationships I built with the professors prepared me for the workforce. I learned how to think critically and to reach out for help on difficult problems. The faculty are always willing to go the extra mile to help students succeed."

Corinne Roth (2019) Data Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL)

"Getting my masters degree in Mathematics Education from EIU was an incredible and rewarding experience. Each class felt meaningful to my professional growth, whether I was deepening my mathematical understanding or refining my teaching practices. After graduating, I know that I can reach out to my former professors for advice and resources."
