Need to make an appointment? Here's how!

• Call the 217-581-3013 to make an appointment. 

• Walk in to Health Service to schedule an appointment by speaking with an Appointment Clerk at the front desk

You will need your Panther Card when scheduling an appointment, you will also need it to check in the day of your appointment!
