Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R): Located in Ninth Street Hall Room 3015, Child Care Resource and Referral is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services to serve Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Edgar, Moultrie, and Shelby counties in Illinois. CCR&R offers referral of child care providers to parents and families; provides child care resources and technical assistance to parents, families, and child care providers; and assists eligible families in paying for child care.
