Sarah helped a student navigate resources and advocate for themselves in a difficult situation. I know this was so helpful to the student helping them make these connections! Sarah also plays a huge role in the Interpersonal Violence Awareness Team and has done amazing with the planning of the upcoming Sexual Assault Awareness Month!

Mindy is an outstanding citizen of EIU who understands fully the critical role that ITS plays in the lives of faculty, staff, and students. She also embraces the importance of providing excellent INTERNAL customer service! Thanks, Mindy. :)

Previous staff in her position may have done their job well, but I truly don't recall anyone being so consistently pleasant, cheerful and truly helpful as Jessica (and I've been at EIU for almost twenty years), Our Department will be merging with English soon, and we in World Languages and Cultures are fortunate to keep Jessica as our full-time Office Manager.
