E-Number/Net ID/Password

Your E-Number is your unique nine-character ID that is on your acceptance letter.
Your Net ID will be your personal logon to EIU systems (PAWS, Panthermail and MyEIU).

To locate your Net ID and Password:

From Eastern's home page, select MyEIU at bottom of page

Log in or create new account using your personal email that you submitted upon applying

Your Net ID and password will appear under your Checklist

Write down your Net ID and initial password here and keep it safe

Changing your password:

Once you have successfully retrieved our Net ID and password, we strongly encourage you to change your password through P-Synch, Eastern's password management system.

Access P-Synch at https://www.ezreset.eiu.edu/

Select English

Under My LoginID on P-Synch, enter your Net ID

Press the Login button

Follow the prompt
