INTRODUCTION

Dr. Angela Yoder graduated from Indiana State University with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. Dr. Yoder teaches in all three programs: Clincal Counseling, School Counseling, and College Student Affairs. She has extensive experience in clinical therapy with children. Research interests include: play therapy, Child-Senior Relationship Training, Adaptations of Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, and creative expressive techniques in individual and group settings.

 

My EIU Story

Dr. Angela Yoder as achieved several awards during her professional career. Her two most recent achievements have been the Borah Faculty Development Award in 2016 for the Counseling and Student Development Department at Eastern Illinois University. As well as, the Award for Excellence in Student Research and Creativity in 2017 as a Faculty Mentor from Booth Library at Eastern Illinois University.
