University Court offers spacious two bedroom apartments, all apartments contain a desk and chair, couch, two lounge chairs, two end tables, two lamps, night stand (one per bedroom), dresser with mirror (one per roommate), mattress and box spring (one per roommate), electric stove with oven, full size refrigerator, sink, dining room table, four straight chairs and ample closet and storage space. Apartments with walk-in closets, balconies, pantries and/or an additional half bathroom are offered when availability permits (room layouts). More personal privacy, cooking facilities, with 1 or 1 1/2 baths. You have all the conveniences of off campus and all the amenities of living on campus that include free internet facility, free extended basic cable service, trash removal, free basic phone service, and personal identification numbers for long distance phone billing.
All apartments are smoke-free in accordance with the Smoke Free Illinois Law
A pool is available for use by University Court residents between June 1 and October 1. University Court buildings are securely locked at all times. An upperclass parking permit is required for parking. Meal plans are available through the Panther Dining Services Office to suit your needs.
