Step-By-Step Guide To Set-Up Your RSO BOOTH 

It's time to REGISTER for the Virtual Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair!

The Virtual Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair will be featured in an on-line format that takes place entirely on CampusGroups Monday, February 1st in (2)-virtual sessions - 2:00pm - 4:00pm & 6:00pm - 8:00pm. 

Step 1: On-Line Registration Mach Form 

All EIU currently Registered Student Organizations (RSO’s) Officers/Advisors are authorized to register on-line for the Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair and are invited to register and build their RSO Booth during the on-line RSO Registration period – January 15th – 22nd.

To COMPLETE the On-line RSO Registration Mach Form Go To- https://www.eiu.edu/stdtgov/machform/view.php?id=41775 Upon completion of the on-line registration your RSO will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

Step 2: RSO Booth Training Session

RSO Booth Training Sessions will be offered - January 25th – 27th via Zoom to assist RSO Officers/Advisors learn step-by-step how to set-up and host a Virtual RSO Booth within CampusGroups.

RSO Officers/Advisors are invited to “Activate” and build their RSO Booths the week of – January 18th – 22nd. 

To Sign-in/Set-up your RSO Booth sign in to CampusGroups with your EIUNetID and Password click this link: Sign In | CampusGroups. After signing in to CampusGroups, authorized RSO Officers/Advisors will have the ability to add additional RSO members to staff their RSO Booths. When your RSO Booth set-up has been completed, make sure to select to "Activate Booth" in order for it to show up in the RSO fair!

1. Click on "Groups" To the right of the House icon at the top of the page
2. Search your group and select the "settings" symbol to the right of your group 
3. Select "Officers"
4. Select "Add Officer" in the top right-hand side of the page
5. Input the officer (one or more) email into the box and select "notify each new officer via email"

Here’s how your RSO Officers/Advisors can log-in and access your RSO Booth:

1. Go to https://eiu.campusgroups.com/login_only?redirect=https%3a%2f%2feiu.campusgroups.com%2fgroups
2. Click "EIU Login" and sign on with your EIUPanther ID and Password.
3. Find "Groups" in the top left corner of the home page and select your RSO.
4. From your RSO group Dashboard, go to "MoreTools > Virtual Fair's", then click on the "RSO Booth Settings" button on the listing for the Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair.

The Virtual Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair weblink will be made available “Live” to ALL EIU students via beginning Monday, February 1st from 2:00pm - 4:00pm & 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

During the “Live” Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair session times, it is expected that your RSO will have active RSO representation during each session from RSO officers/members participating in the chats and/or setting up a video meeting room where your RSO can meet face-to-face.
