University Board Productions Request

Please use the form below to fill out your productions request. Contact the Student Activity Center at 581-5522 if you have any questions.

If your event uses SOUND or LIGHTING equipment from UB Productions, at least ONE Productions member MUST be present at your event to oversee the use of the technology. UB Productions will bill you for our services within seven days of your event and will require your payment a week after the notice has been sent.

Submitting this form signifies that you agree to any additional charges for damaged, unclean and/or misplaced equipment.
