Recipes Wanted for EIU Eats Cookbook, Civil Service Council Scholarship Fundraiser

Civil Service Council is working on an EIU Eats Cookbook that, to the council's knowledge, will be the first true collection of EIU stakeholder recipes ever put together. Council members are asking students, staff, faculty and alumni to submit recipes that will add substance and vibrancy to the EIU Cookbook. 

Please submit your favorite recipes! Currently, we have several recipe categories including appetizer, main dish, sides, breakfast, salads, soup, and dessert. But please feel free to submit something outside those categories, including drinks, candy, just for kids, cultural dishes, and more. If you have other ideas, please let us know!

Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will go towards the Civil Service Council Scholarship. You can submit your recipes at go.eiu.edu/EIUEats or on the Civil Service Council website https://www.eiu.edu/council/
