CURRENT STUDENTS

If you’d like to continue your stay with us on campus and reap the benefits of rewards, proximity, and convenience, check out the recontracting programs below! As a current student, you have the option to live in any of our residence halls, Greek Court, or University Court

Residence Halls/Greek Court Standard Contracting & Re-Contracting

  • Now available - contracts/preference forms are available to students from their PAWS Account or here.

  • Students signing up for Greek Court housing must pay the $100 Housing down payment at the time they sign their contract in order to be counted towards the number of residents in the house.

  • Students must pay the $100 Housing down payment by June 30 regardless of financial aid.  If the housing down payment is not received by June 30, the assignment and contract will be canceled.

Current students have the option of completing Early Bird re-contracting or the Pawsstandard re-contracting for the following academic year.

Contracting for University Court

University Court combines the benefits of on-campus living with the comfort of apartment living.  Apartments have one to two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen/dining area. Each apartment is furnished and can accommodate one to four students. To learn more about University Court or to apply for an apartment, click here.

Meals on Campus

Students living in the residence halls are on a room and board plan, meaning meals are included in the housing and dining contract.

Students living in University Court or University Apartments can purchase an optional meal plan. Please stop by the University Housing and Dining Services office or call 217-581-5733 for more information once you arrive on campus.

Students may also purchase a meal plan or Dining Dollars if they are not living on campus.

Contact Us
