Purpose

The Blue Pressure Stomp & Shake Cheer Team exists to promote school and community spirit through the art of stomp and shake cheerleading. Our purpose is to build confidence, leadership, discipline, teamwork, and sisterhood/brotherhood while celebrating the rich cultural traditions of stomp and shake cheer. We strive to inspire others through high-energy performances, positive representation, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the floor. Through dedication, unity, and passion, Blue Pressure aims to empower youth, encourage self-expression, and create a supportive environment where every member can grow and succeed. Stomp and shake cheerleading is known for its energy, rhythm, teamwork, and strong cultural roots, while also fostering confidence and community engagement.
