Powell-Norton LEADS Council

Purpose

The purpose of the organization shall be to provide an opportunity for development of leadership and character, to encourage high scholastic standards, to enhance individual and group participation in both hall and campus-wide activities, oversee the optional activity fee monies collected in order to have the financial resources required to provide social and educational programs to the hall, and to maintain conditions in the hall such that mutual responsibility and friendship may be fostered among the members.
