Qualtrics at EIU
You MUST access the Qualtrics web site through EIU's link at: https://www.eiu.edu/qualtrics
On the left of the page, there will be an option to "LOG IN to Qualtrics."
Use your EIU login credentials (username and password).
After logging in the first time, select that you do not have a Qualtrics account. (If you have already started a survey through the regular Qualtrics web site, you will have to call ITS to help you transfer it to the EIU account, or just recreate the survey).
