(Charleston, IL) – Eastern Illinois University’s Naming Committee will hold its next meeting of the 2020-2021 academic year on Thursday, December 3, 2020. In accordance with the State of Illinois’ best-practice guidelines for enhancing health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, EIU’s Naming Committee meeting will be hosted virtually.
The meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. and will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBSXor4VIjA.

Individuals seeking to make public comments to the Naming Committee must notify the Naming Committee’s convener, Vice President for University Advancement Ken Wetstein (contact information below), by 10 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2020 in order to receive special instructions for joining the virtual meeting. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per individual and a total of 20 minutes for all public comments. Public comments may also be submitted in written form by the same deadline. Written public comments will be shared with the members of the Naming Committee.
