Fall into Wellness Challenge is underway!
Looking for ways to meet your goals during the Fall Into Wellness Challenge from Be Well Illinois? Let us help you at Campus Recreation!
- Fitness Challenge: Come work out with us, take a group fitness class, or pick up one of our new Walking Journals at the front desk! And don't forget Yoga every Monday and Friday in McAfee North Gym at 12:05 pm!
- Mental Well-Being Challenge: Join the SRC and enjoy our Meltdown class on Mondays at 4:30 pm. Light stretching and meditation are a great way to end the first day of the week.
- Nutrition Challenge: Be Well Illinois has lots of great information on nutrition and some great Webinars on new recipes that support health eating. Check them out HERE.
- Goal-Building Challenge: All these challenges to improve your personal wellness call for some goal setting. Check out the SMART Goal tracker to help you get started and keep up.
- Knowledge Challenge: So many great articles from Hally Health. Pet health, personal wellness, supporting your family, UV guides ... the list goes on and on!
