It's Chirpy Time with Be Well, Illinois!
REGISTER
TODAY! Get ready to boost energy and optimism in Chirpy, the whimsical,
captivating wellness program with a songbirds theme.
Track
physical activity and other health behaviors, then experience progress by
filling your wire with colorful songbirds while earning chirps. Activities like
swimming, cycling, and rowing (100+) automatically convert to steps so everyone
can be part of Chirpy.

Challenge Begins: April 8, 2024
Challenge Ends: May 19, 2024
Be sure
to participate with a team, friend, family member or co-worker for support. For
participating in the Chirpy Challenge you will have a chance to win Be Well
SWAG or one of the grand prizes by completing any of the categories listed:
- Weekly
drawings for achieving weekly goal
- Midpoint
drawings for earning half of program goal
- Final
drawing(s) for reaching program goal, being a top team or and individual
shout out or biggest motivator on the Wellness Wall.
