Civil Service Employee Evaluations
Civil Service appraisals are required to
be completed on an annual basis and should cover approximately 12 months.
Typically, the beginning of the fiscal year is the start of the evaluation
period, and as such, the end of the same fiscal year (June 30, 2023) is when
Civil Service evaluations should be received by Human Resources.
After discussion with the employee, the form should be completed and signed
by the employee, then signed by the supervisor and the department head/director.
Once this process is complete, the form should be forwarded to Human Resources.
