Dr. Stowell Earns Quality Online Course Distinction

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Jeff Stowell for his excellence in online education and quality online course design! Dr. Stowell's online course, PSY 3310 - Biological Psychology, has met the Quality Matters internal review expectations and has earned the distinction of a Quality Online Course (QOC) at EIU.  This is the second online course developed by Dr. Stowell to earn the QOC certification.
