Welcome back from the holidays and Winter Break!
As you are aware, Dr. Glassman announced his retirement effective June 30,
2023. Following his announcement, the Board of Trustees re-established its Presidential Search Advisory Committee. With the aid of
our consultants at Greenwood/Asher, this committee has met several times,
reviewed more than fifty resumes and curricula vitae, and performed initial
interviews of fourteen candidates.
The Committee expects that we will have four presidential candidates come to
campus and interview this month. The Committee will finalize the candidate list
this Friday. Although the list is not yet final, we have finalized the
interview dates and schedules and ask that you mark your calendars so that you
may participate and provide candidate feedback to the Board. The
proposed schedule is listed below.
We recommend that people attend the sessions in person but for those who
cannot we will provide links to attend remotely on the Presidential Search website. The links and the
website will be updated as soon as possible. Logistically, in-person questions
to the candidates will be given priority over remote questions.
