Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for a Financial Aid Manager position in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have three (3) years of general office experience or college coursework in any field or any combination to equal three (3) years (30 semester hours = 1 year; 60 semester hours = 2 years; 90 semester hours = 3 years; 120 semester hours = 4 years) and three (3) years of experience in working with student employment, student financial aid/loans, student admissions/recruitment, scholarship/grant programs or other closely-related work experience.
Responsibilities will include advising of students and parents, processing Return to Title IV funds (R2T4), scholarships, and loan documents, as well as calculation of student aid eligibility, revision of aid, and other technical processes. Other duties may be assigned as cross-training is essential to the position.
