The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services to assist eligible, low-income families with child care payments through 16 Resource & Referral agencies throughout the state of Illinois. CCR&R covers six counties, including Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Edgar, Moultrie and Shelby.
